Details: Sukey was born about 1784 into a family of 16 children. Losing her father, she grew up to be unruly, wilful and illiterate. When married, the gracious witness of two of her neighbours gave her the desire to want the 'something different' that she could see they had. She wanted to know 'their God' Our gracious God taught her to read and He delivered her when her cottage burnt to the ground. This is her biography.
