As followers of Christ, miracles of the new birth, we have hearts and minds set free from the tyranny of sin. No longer prisoners of the desire to live for self, the enabling of the Holy Spirit who dwells within us stirs our wills to live for God. The Lord does not promise that our lives will be easy. But he does promise to bless us as his children if we are obedient to him. This booklet seeks to help us discern our Father’s will for us, pleasing him by living the way he has shown us in the Bible: “Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did” (1 John 2:6).
